- Standard weeks are Saturday to Saturday
- 15% Discount for 2 or more weeks.
- Guest limit is 8 persons at rates above. Additional guests are € 300 per week per person.
- Rates include cost of full time villa hostess, Gas and Telephone except long distance calls
Payment terms:
- 50% deposit upon reservation – Bank Transfer
- 50% due 8 weeks prior to arrival
- Villa Rental Advances are not refundable within 4 weeks before arrival. In the event of cancellation we will do our best to find alternative bookings , and refund your rental advances , after deducting expenses at our discretion.
- Security Deposit for damage and phone usage – €1300 per reserved week due at initial booking- to be refunded within 30 days after departure
The Greek Villa Rental includes a full time Hostess – She will be on hand to do:
- Food and drinks shopping,
- Daily house cleaning,
- Breakfast and lunch preparation and clean up
- Can cook and serve dinner or babysit (for an additional fee)
